Because our products are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

 

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund for any errors made on our part.
